As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our expanding Global Marketing team. Your responsibilities include creating, executing, and managing brand activation across all channels, with a particular focus on driving traffic to the OQEMA website. Your goal is to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across all touchpoints, including the website, trade fairs, and e-commerce. Digital Marketing Manager - Focus: Website (m/f/d)

Your impact within the OQEMA Group

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development of our marketing and communications strategy to build brand awareness, generate leads, and inspire our target audience across all channels and touchpoints. You will be responsible for setting up and leveraging a new CMS as part of a complete revamp of our OQEMA website as part of a team. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and technical teams to implement the new website working on content, UX and targeted campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
  • Besides creating, executing, and managing brand activation across all channels across various industries, your focus will be the initial setup and optimization of our new CMS system.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and expert for content creation, website maintenance, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Manage and continuously enhance the OQEMA website, including its content, functionalities, and components.
  • Utilize SEO/SEA, keyword research, link building, and targeted advertising campaigns to boost website traffic.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated marketing campaigns and monitor and optimize their performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage and analyze customer data for segmentation and targeting.
  • Design email templates and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to strategic projects.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing projects at the group level.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Driven by technical marketing solutions and enjoy setting up and exploiting digital opportunities .
  • Strong in mastering content management systems (ideally IBEXA), and analysis tools.
  • Demonstrate a track record of lead generation and business growth through inbound marketing and hands-on experience in SEO, SEA, and targeted advertising campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products; Scompler and Figma skills are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Interest and experience in chemical distribution, particularly in the CASE industry, is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to make a significant impact and contribute to the development of the marketing department.
  • Fluent English, with knowledge of German and other languages advantageous.
  • Happy to travel on a regular basis (approximately 10%).
