Group Product Manager - Waste Water (m/f/d)

Take the lead in shaping the future of wastewater treatment!
- Shape Product Strategy: Define growth objectives and budgets, ensuring alignment with business units for brand success across markets, with a focus on wastewater treatment and related products.
- Monitor Performance: Analyze data from wastewater product performance and supplier performance to identify opportunities for optimization, mitigate risks, and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.
- Drive Innovation: Lead campaigns, webinars, PR initiatives, and trade fair activities to position our wastewater-related products as industry leaders, in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Coordinate Logistics: Oversee pan-European stock strategies for wastewater products, manage forecasting, and streamline logistics to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers, technical teams, and our marketing teams to align efforts and achieve goals, particularly in the wastewater industry.
- Deliver Technical Quality: Collaborate with water labs and technical teams to provide expert support, organize joint site visits, and develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Inspire Engagement: Organize technical training sessions, workshops, and product promotions to empower internal teams and external partners, focusing on wastewater treatment technologies and solutions.
What we are looking for:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or similar fields.
- 3+ years of product management experience in chemical distribution or ideally in wastewater treatment.
- A flair for data-driven decisions with advanced skills in Microsoft tools and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- English fluency (C1) and a passion for international collaboration (german is a plus).
