Process Specialist – Regulatory Advisory & Import/Export (m/f/d)
Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Mönchengladbach | Remote
Your impact within the OQEMA Group: 
  • Process Development: Defining, harmonizing, and standardizing process strategies to support operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with diverse stakeholders, including IT teams, to ensure process alignment with business requirements.
  • Operational Oversight: Monitoring business and process goals, integrating quality standards, compliance, and risk management.
  • Regulatory Management: Handling controlled products and processes, maintaining material master data, managing excise duty documentation, and ensuring customs and foreign trade compliance.
  • Driving Change: Promoting innovation and continuous improvement by supporting change initiatives across the RA & Import/Export landscape.
What we are looking for:
  • A completed education in a commercial or scientific field (industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade) or a related degree.
  • Initial experience in Regulatory Advisory, Import/Export, or project management is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of regulatory topics such as customs, excise tax, and hazardous goods is advantageous but not essential – we’re happy to help you grow in this area.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, along with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for process optimization.
