Project Management Officer (m/f/d)
Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Mönchengladbach
Your impact within the OQEMA Group: 
  • Project Management Frameworks: Create and update project management frameworks, templates, and tools.

  • Process Implementation: Implement standardized processes for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.

  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and performance against plans and standards.

  • Risk Management: Identify risks that may impact project success and collaborate with project leads to mitigate them.

  • Status Reporting: Prepare and disseminate regular project status reports and dashboards.

  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule project meetings and workshops for project members.

  • Methodology Promotion: Drive project management methodologies, standards, and best practices as directed by the project lead.

  • Guideline Adherence: Ensure projects adhere to established guidelines and frameworks.

  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure projects are aligned with organizational strategy and objectives.

  • Project Prioritization: Assist in the prioritization of projects based on strategic value

What we are looking for:
  • Successful completed degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer
  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities within SAP and Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational and technical abilities
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Proven skills in PM-Tools as SAP CALM, Jira, Microsoft products
