Group Process Owner Strategic Projects & Pricing (m/f/d)
full time (38,5 h/week) | permanent Employment | Mönchengladbach I Hybrid
Your impact within the OQEMA Group:
- Lead the business side of strategic, cross-functional digitalisation initiatives – from initial requirements through implementation and adoption
- Take a key role in implementing OQEMA’s future pricing solution as your first major project
- Analyse existing processes and translate business needs into target processes, solution requirements and Business Cases
- Act as the central interface between Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT & Digitalisation, Key Users and external partners – through design, testing and rollout
- Ensure seamless integration into our process and system landscape and manage dependencies with SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and analytics applications
- Establish clear business ownership, decision structures and acceptance criteria – and drive real adoption, not just technical go-live
- Shape the roadmap based on business value and take ownership of further strategic initiatives after successful implementation
The Technology you’ll work with:
- SAP S/4HANA as our new group-wide ERP platform
- Salesforce as our CRM platform
- our future pricing solution, which you will help bring to life
- analytics and reporting applications
- SAP Signavio for process modelling and documentation
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in business transformation, process management, digitalisation or implementation projects
- Proven track record in implementing business applications or digital solutions –
- Experience with pricing processes, pricing solutions or commercial excellence is highly beneficial
- Strong end-to-end process understanding and the ability to quickly grasp new business domains and connect business objectives with process design and technology
- Experience in complex, cross-functional and international organisations
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms; SAP Signavio beneficial
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills and confidence in facilitating workshops from operational teams to management level
- Experience working with agile teams, Product Owners, consultants and developers
- Analytical, hands-on mindset and the ability to bring structure where processes and responsibilities are still evolving
- Fluent English (C1), German is an advantage, and willingness to travel within Europe when required
