2. Details of data processing
Your data will be processed as follows:

Applicants: For the purpose of the application, we process salutation, title, last name, first name, street, zip code, city, country, date of birth, telephone, mobile number, email address, notice period, earliest entry, salary expectations, consent yes / no for consideration for other vacancies, selection of the recruiting channel and (if applicable) the surname and first name of the referral person as well as the application documents sent to us. This information is passed on to our service provider for system maintenance. The legal basis for this processing is Section 26, Paragraph 1, Clause 1 of the Federal Data Protection Act in conjunction with Article 88 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (requirement to establish an employment relationship).

In the event of a rejection or hiring, all personal data will be automatically deleted without any residue and irretrievably after a maximum of 6 months.


The predominant legitimate interest in the storage of personal data up to a period of max. 6 months is given, taking into account potential claims for compensation from the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG). For statistical purposes, aggregated data without personal reference is used.

JobAlert: For your registration for JobAlert, we process your email address, career level, location and work area. The information is passed on to our service provider for system maintenance. After logging out of the JobAlert, the data will be deleted immediately. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the European General Data Protection Regulation (your voluntary consent).

 

3. Your rights

Information, deletion and other rights: You can receive information about the data stored about you at any time (Article 15 of the European General Data Protection Regulation). In addition, under the statutory requirements of Articles 16 to 21 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to correction and deletion of your data, restriction of processing and data portability of the data provided.

Complaint: You have the right to contact the company's data protection officer at any time with any complaints about the processing of your data. His contact details are given above. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with any data protection supervisory authority. The supervisory authority responsible for the company is named above.
