HR Process Owner SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d)
Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Mönchengladbach / Remote

• Implementation & Rollout: Support the deployment and expansion of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, currently including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Process Definition & Optimization: Develop, refine, and standardize - in close collaboration with the responsible HR Persons - HR processes for all HR departments within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Process Governance & Compliance: Plan and oversee HR and cross-functional processes within the OQEMA Group, ensuring alignment with quality, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Process Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to document HR processes and procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on HR initiatives, and integrate feedback for continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Drive and coordinate change initiatives while ensuring transparent communication across the group.
• Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to HR teams across the organization to ensure effective adoption and utilization of HR systems and processes.
   

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in HR, HR process management, and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of the implementation and use of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience in managing and implementing HR projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluent English language skills at a business proficiency level and basic German language skills.
