Key Account Support & Process Coordinator (m/f/d)
We are looking for people with Qaracter!
Your impact within the OQEMA Group:
- Process Development: Bridging Sales, Key Account, and SAP to define and standardize efficient processes.
- Collaboration: Translating business needs into SAP solutions, ensuring seamless alignment with IT.
- Operational Oversight: Supporting planning, monitoring business goals, and integrating compliance within SAP frameworks.
- Portfolio Management: Optimizing supplier relations, product portfolios, and inventory with SAP-driven processes.
- Process Improvement: Identifying gaps, enhancing controls, and driving SAP-supported efficiency.
- Driving Change: Promoting innovation and ensuring SAP effectively supports business transformation.
What we are looking for:
- A completed education in a commercial or scientific field (industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade) or a related degree.
- Initial practical experience in sales, key account management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office products; experience with SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA (SD/MM modules) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
